Todd Siegel

Todd Siegel

Chief Executive Officer »

Todd is the CEO of cxLoyalty, responsible for setting strategic direction and management of the company. Todd has held a variety of positions over the past 15 years, including CFO, General Counsel and oversight of the International business, prior to being appointed CEO in 2013.

Prior to joining the company, Todd was a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom and prior to that he was employed as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.

In his free time, Todd enjoys being with friends and family; watching NY Mets baseball and Chelsea football (soccer for those in the US); playing soccer, tennis and golf; and enjoys live music. He is involved in many local community organizations with specific focus on underprivileged children and education.

Todd attended Binghamton University and Fordham University School of Law where he earned his JD.

Michele Conforti

President and MD of International »

Michele Conforti is a strategic leader with a penchant for challenging the status quo, a passionate drive to engage organisations towards excellence and a solid track record of enhancing performance through transformational change and innovation.

He joined cxLoyalty in 2007, holding divisional President and CFO roles across the international business and currently leads the Global Customer Engagement business where he successfully led its expansion by driving innovation and client acquisitions that include some of the world’s largest and most respected brands in financial institutions, telecommunications, e-commerce and retail.

Prior to cxLoyalty, Michele spent ten years with American Express holding various key positions including CFO of Establishment Services International. Prior to American Express, Michele also held positions with Enel as VP/Head of Finance-Investor Relations and with DHL Int’l as Controller-Business Transformation.

Michele was born in Italy, he is a CPA and holds a first class honours Degree in Economics & Business, MBA (Università degli Studi Federico II, I.U.N - Italy) and a post graduate Management Degree in Finance (Formez/Fiat School of Management - Italy).

Brian Fisher

Brian is cxLoyalty's EVP and General Counsel. Prior to his appointment in 2014, Brian joined the organization in 2002 as a member of the Legal Department.

Previously, he was employed as a corporate associate at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP. Brian holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and an A.B. degree from Harvard University.

Chuck Christianson

Chuck joined cxLoyalty in 2007, and has been a critical contributor to the growth of the business. Prior to his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Chuck served in several leadership roles including strategy and account management.

In 2002, Chuck co-founded the first smart card based loyalty company geared exclusively toward small to medium sized business. Prior to his 15-year career in the financial services industry, Chuck spent eight years as a litigation attorney focusing on commercial and product liability law. He has presented at numerous industry events and has been quoted in Fox Business, Yahoo Finance, CreditCards.com and PYMNTS.com among other trade publications.

Chuck earned his bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland. Chuck enjoys traveling with his family, golf, live music and cooking when time permits.

Karen Wheeler

Karen is a Client Management specialist with 20+ years' experience and a reputation to effect change in highly complex environments by taking ownership for delivery and managing teams to deliver beyond expectations.

In her current role, Karen has responsibility for cxLoyalty's International Client Services and is the UK Country Head where she successfully leads commercial and operational teams to deliver impactful loyalty and engagement programmes for some of the world’s leading brands. Karen provides strategic leadership advice to the UK team and is responsible for driving and delivering UK commercial growth through both new and existing business.

Karen has worked with some of the world’s largest brands in the financial, telecommunications, retail and travel sectors. Prior to joining cxLoyalty, she was the European director of client development at Assurant Services. In this role, Karen was responsible for ensuring that growth and profitability targets were met through the effective supervision of a team of client development managers across Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland and the UK. She has also held marketing roles at Barclays and Cardiff Pinnacle, the UK insurance arm of banking group BNP Paribas.

Ben has a proven track record in driving business growth, building effective partnerships and managing the successful growth of new eCommerce divisions. As Managing Director for Webloyalty, Northern Europe and global lead for Incentive Networks, both cxLoyalty companies, Ben is responsible for the continued development of the strategic direction, partner offerings and tactical expansion across each market.

Ben joined Webloyalty from Expedia Partner Solutions, where he has worked with over a 100 travel businesses to drive growth through technical and commercial partnerships. Throughout his time at Expedia, he worked across both new and existing business, and was also responsible for building out a completely new sales division that managed mid-tier partnerships. Prior to this Ben’s background was in digital marketing, working as director of sales for a London search marketing agency.

Felix Malpartida

Felix is an international executive who has been building digital businesses since 2008 as investor, entrepreneur, advisor or corporate executive. He has helped multiple top tier corporates to develop and execute their digital & mobile strategies, often including investment or strategic partnerships with start-ups or scale-ups.

In his current role, Felix leads Client Solutions organization, bridging all commercial teams and technology teams to design the right customer engagement and loyalty solution to meet our client’s needs. He has a strong focus on the intersection of the physical and digital worlds through mobile devices as well as platform-based business models found in Mobile, Cloud, Big Data, AI/ML and IOT.

Before joining cxLoyalty, Felix worked as independent advisor for large corporations and startups. Prior to that he spent several years at Vodafone Group, leading the strategy for new businesses, globally, including start-up investments, commercial partnerships and setting up Joint Ventures. Prior to that, Felix worked as TMT & Consumer investment analyst at AllianceBernstein, a multibillion Asset Management Fund and spent his early career at Procter & Gamble in several IT, Financial Analysis & Strategy roles. He has lived and worked in Spain, Belgium, USA, Switzerland and UK.

Felix holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper School of Business) in Pittsburgh, PA and an M.Sc in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Malaga, Spain.

Maëva defines marketing strategy for acquisition, retention, product and innovation teams for cxLoyalty. As managing director, leading the center of excellence in Nyon, she is responsible for smart acquisition paths, product experience and robust retention mechanics.

Her ROI-focused mindset, marketing vision, drive and willingness to go the extra mile deliver tremendous results for our clients.

With an educational background in Social psychology and Marketing, Maëva previously worked in a creative communication agency as marketing and strategy director in Luxembourg and then, in entertainment and subscription-based programs such as Vivendi Mobile Entertainment in Paris as Acquisition manager.

Greg is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of cxLoyalty. From 2011-2014, Greg was the Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Divisional Operations for The Madison Square Garden Company with responsibility for all financial matters of its operating divisions as well as its corporate strategic and financial planning divisions.

Prior to his leadership tenure at Affinion Group and Trilegiant from 2000-2007, Greg held various positions at Citizens Communications and The Coca Cola Bottling Company of New York. From 1992 until 1994, he was employed with Coopers & Lybrand.

Norm is our Chief Content Officer, responsible for guiding the growth of progressive products and services and, the curation of market leading content. Norm has held multiple senior roles leading marketing, information systems, service delivery, supplier management, and product development teams. He has over 25 years of experience in the travel industry with airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise, wholesale and consolidators.

Over the past 15 years, cxLoyalty has leveraged his experience to guide the development of new loyalty features, products, strategies and services to grow the business and drive industry change. Outside of the office, Norm spends time woodworking and enjoying the great outdoors.

As the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Rachel maximizes the business impact of data and insights through embedding analytics in operational efficiencies, process automation, and customer experience. Rachel has spent her career driving fact-based decisions through the vehicle of crafted data stories across retail, hospitality, financial services, CPG, restaurant, and telco and has applied this approach to cxLoyalty's global enterprise.

She is a passionate customer advocate who strongly believes that 1:1 personalization is not an unreachable milestone on the maturity curve, but something that can be accomplished today through predictive analytics.

Rachel graduated from Harvard University and lives in CT with her family. She loves spending time in VT, hiking and being outdoors.

John is responsible for loyalty strategy and solutions at cxLoyalty. As a customer experience and loyalty devotee with 30 years' experience developing and evolving strategies for leading enterprise brands, his passion is understanding people, and what establishes and sustains the relationship between consumers and brands.

Focused on the behavioral and social elements of human connections, John applies a deep knowledge of marketing techniques, technologies and unique value propositions to develop a strong, distinctive approach for clients. For John, it is about capturing, communicating and engaging consumers with the personality and qualities of the brand, making it approachable and human.

Passionate about the work he does, sharing and encouraging others to join the CX and loyalty community, John is often asked to speak at conferences, run workshops and contribute to leading business publications.

John has a BA and a Bachelor of Business Management from Webster University. Constant learning is his life’s passion along with renovating houses, photography and being with his connections: the people and brands he cares about.

Jeff Kindle

Jeff has spent the last 25+ years managing enterprise client relationships to deliver profitable value across the loyalty and CRM landscape. He believes that the same interpersonal relationships that drive his successful, client-obsessed career are the very same relationships that his clients must have with their own customers - honest, transparent, and authentic.

Prior to joining cxLoyalty, Jeff spent 14 years at Epsilon in several roles serving large enterprise clients and internal sales and client service teams supporting customer engagements. Most recently, Jeff served as a Practice Lead in Epsilon’s loyalty and customer experience group with a focus on growth in the existing client base.

Prior to Epsilon, Jeff managed the End User Operation Services business unit in North and South America for Siebel Systems. As a Global Director, Jeff’s group interfaced with CRM customers in business process engineering/re-engineering, change services, and end user software education to the Fortune 1000 client base.

Jeff lives in Cincinnati with his family and his dog, Ric. He serves on several charitable boards, and in his free time can be found playing bad golf and listening to his vast collection of records.

Natasha Longo

Natasha leads Marketing for cxLoyalty with responsibility for corporate Brand, messaging, communication and strategy. Prior to joining the company, she worked at Epsilon as a Practice lead and VP of Loyalty. Natasha’s career has included leadership in enterprise sales, client management, operations, marketing and business development at several organizations, including at Xerox and ADP/CDK Global.

Natasha’s greatest strengths are her creativity and constant drive to improve. She thrives on doing what others say is impossible, particularly in areas that drive innovation, maximize impact, and expand cxLoyalty's global reach.

Currently a Board Member and COO of NamaStay Sober, a 501(c)3 in the Greater Boston Area, Natasha is passionate about organizations that create and contribute to positive social change and mind-body connection.

Natasha attended the University of New Brunswick, in Canada and is currently completing her EMBA.

Alex is a versatile product & marketing leader who has worked across B2C, B2B and B2B2C marketing in the telecom, technology, retail and, more recently, financial services sectors. With over 20 years’ experience, Alex’s expertise is in driving growth through customer centric change, creating propositions and programmes that power customer engagement and advocacy to enhance brand relevance.

In her current role, Alex is responsible for combining product, marketing and tech capabilities to develop and evolve the client and customer propositions that power cxLoyalty's growth.

Before joining cxLoyalty, Alex spent several years at Carphone Warehouse Group, working in a variety of European and UK-focused market entry, brand strategy, marketing, acquisition as well as data & insights roles, forming part of the team that launched the US big box retailer, Best Buy, in the UK. Prior to that, among other, Alex was responsible for several international rebrands at global telco Orange, as well as brand strategy and segment-based proposition development.

Alex holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics.

Sal is our EVP of Finance and Accounting at cxLoyalty. During his 19 years, Sal has held various positions within the CFO organization, including strategic planning, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, accounting and Controller functions.

Prior to joining the company, Sal was an analyst at both the Clairol company and Bristol-Myers Squibb. In his free time, Sal is a sports fanatic. He enjoys watching the New York Yankees and New York Giants. Additionally, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Sal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Vinay Mehta

Vinay Mehta is our Chief Technology Officer and is responsible for creating, articulating and implementing company-wide initiatives that drive growth across various sectors including marketing, customer service and technology infrastructures.

Prior to joining cxLoyalty, Vinay was the Chief Information Officer at Paycor from 2011-13. From 2004-11, he worked at Convergys/Convergys Information Management Group India Pvt. Ltd., first as the company’s Managing Director, then as its Senior Vice President of Global Development and Delivery. Prior to 2004, he held various technology and business roles with Convergys Corp.

Vinay is a seasoned operations executive who has led large teams in a global environment. With 20-plus years of experience, he uses technology to solve complex operational issues, keep companies relevant and drive revenue growth.

Scott is the Chief Commercial Officer for cxLoyalty's North American business. He has served in a variety of leadership and business development roles with the company from 2006-2010.

Previously, Scott was SVP of Business Development and Client Solutions for Cendant Marketing Group from April 2003 to July 2006. Prior to that, he ran Sales and Marketing for Trilegiant Loyalty Solutions from 1999 until 2003. He also served as VP of Business Development for NCCI.

Scott graduated from the Grossman School of Business at the University of Vermont. He enjoys spending free time with his wife, 3 kids, and dog at Smith Mountain Lake.

Richard Pitrolo

Rich has more than 20 years of experience in BPO operations as well as dispatch and field services. He is responsible for cxLoyalty's global contact center operations, resource planning, training, quality, infrastructure and reporting, implementation, process and standards, as well as business analysis and compliance functions. He is tasked with implementing the same level of discipline and consistency to operational support practices and processes on a global scale.

Prior to joining cxLoyalty, Rich was the Executive Vice President at Convey Health Solution, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of all global contact center operations. Prior to Convey Health Solutions, he served as president and chief executive officer at RP Associates, Inc. where he was instrumental in standardizing processes and procedures, reducing service delivery costs and increasing customer satisfaction for Bellsystem24 in Japan. He has also held senior management roles at Stream International, Inacom Corporation, Gateway 2000 and Lockheed Martin.

Rich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Justin is the Chief Commercial Officer for cxLoyalty's International business. He joined cxLoyalty in 2009 and has held positions in corporate development, including geographic expansion, product development, and management oversight of Southern Europe & Emerging Markets.

Prior to joining cxLoyalty, Justin was the Managing Director of the Overseas business at Rightmove PLC from 2005 to 2008 and Director of Corporate Development at Cendant Europe Ltd from 2003 to 2005. In addition, he held the positions of Vice President of TMT Investment Banking at Commerzbank from 2000 to 2003 in London and Vice President of Corporate Development at Prudential Financial from 1992 to 2000 based in New York and New Jersey.

Justin is a British citizen, and graduated from the University of Rochester in 1992 (B.A. Economics & Political Science), and Cornell University in 2000 (M.B.A.).

Heidi Erdman joined cxLoyalty in 2003 and served in roles across operations, product development, technology and client management before moving into her current leadership role in Client Management.

Her relentless focus on the customer experience has remained a constant and she believes that the most effective brands empower their employees to do what’s right for the customer, period. Heidi has extensive experience developing and executing strategies that drive brand advocacy, and has served clients in many industries including financial services, retail and travel.

Heidi holds a BS in Chemistry from Randolph Macon College.

Loïc leads cxLoyalty’s technology center of excellence and has been the Chief Technology Officer of our International operation since 2018, based in Switzerland. In December 2007, he joined the company in Paris as a consultant to launch the European market.

After working for the music and Radio industry: bringing radio to the digital world, and an entrepreneur at heart, Loïc started a company that specialized in Algorythm.

Chris Barnett

Consumer Marketing, North America »

Chris is responsible for cxLoyalty's product and consumer marketing. He is a loyalty marketing expert leading customer strategy development, product marketing initiatives, and designing leading loyalty programs.

Formerly a Partner & VP, Strategic Services at Ogilvy, Chris has designed and managed loyalty programs and engagement initiatives for blue-chip clients within travel, retail, insurance, finance, media and entertainment verticals. Also a former VP, Analytics at Ogilvy, Chris' work benefits from a deep knowledge of analytic practices and data-driven solutions.

Chris has been a marketing awards jurist and contributor to industry thought leadership and publications on the topics of consumer engagement, loyalty program design, customer experience, consulting issues, and other industry-specific topics.

Chris holds a B.S. in Economics from Minnesota State University at Mankato.

Heather is our Chief Human Resources Officer. Heather joined the company in 2019 and leads the Human Resources and Real Estate functions globally. Prior to joining cxLoyalty, Heather worked for The Hanover Insurance Group, The Hartford Financial Services and General Electric in roles focused on transformation. Having held positions both in and out of HR, Heather has a track record of supporting clients with strategic initiatives enabling a growth agenda.

In addition to her direct roles, Heather has championed an inclusive work environment largely due to her role as Co-Chair for the Professional Women’s Network at The Hartford and drives operational excellence leveraging her Six Sigma Black Belt from GE.

Heather graduated from The University of Connecticut and lives in Connecticut with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time at the beach, skiing and with her two pugs.

+ Michael L. Iaccarino – Chairman

Michael Iaccarino has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May, 2019. Mr. Iaccarino is the Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands.

Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies.

Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.

+ Gilbert S. Palter – Vice Chairman

Gil Palter has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019 and has served as its Chairman of the Board since July 20, 2017 until May 2019. He joined and co-founded EdgeStone Partners Inc. in May 1999. Prior to co-founding EdgeStone, he was the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Eladdan Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private equity fund targeting middle-market Canadian and U.S. companies. He also founded Eladdan Enterprises, a boutique investment bank specializing in providing buy side mergers and acquisitions advice to Canadian and U.S. companies, particularly on cross-border acquisitions and investments. Gil has previously worked at Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney, McKinsey & Company and Clairvest Group Inc.

Mr. Palter currently serves as Chairman of Specialty Commerce Corp. and Stephenson’s Holdings Inc. and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Atlantic Power Corporation (NYSE/TSX), RPX Corporation (Nasdaq) and Tunnel Hill LP. He is a former Chairman of Aurigen Capital Limited, BreconRidge Corporation, Hair Club Group, Continental Alloys & Services, BFI Canada, and Farley Windows and was previously a director of Alliance Films, Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Lavalife, Mitel Networks, Trimaster Manufacturing and Xantrex Technology.

Mr. Palter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he attended on a Frank Knox Memorial Fellowship and graduated as a Baker Scholar and winner of the John L. Loeb Fellowship in Finance. He was the Gold Medalist in his graduating class at the University of Toronto where he attended on the J.W. Billes Scholarship earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics. Gil is actively involved in a number of philanthropic organizations. He was a 2003 recipient of “Canada’s Top 40 Under 40” award, a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year® Award 2006 and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO Gold).

+ Jason Mudrick – Director

Jason Mudrick has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019. Mr. Mudrick is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Mudrick Capital Management, L.P., an investment firm that specializes in long and short investments in distressed credit. Mudrick Capital was founded in 2009 with $5 million under management. As of May 2019, the firm has grown to manage approximately $2.8 billion, primarily for institutional clients.

Mr. Mudrick began his Wall Street career in 2000 advising on mergers and acquisition transactions as an Associate in Merrill Lynch’s Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group. In 2001 he joined Contrarian Capital Management, where he began his focus on distressed investing. In October 2002 he launched the Contrarian Equity Fund, an investment vehicle focused on purchasing distressed debt that would be restructured into equity, post-bankruptcy equities and other event driven deep value special situations. As Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Contrarian, Mr. Mudrick grew that business to peak assets of approximately $400 million in the Contrarian Equity Fund and close to $1 billion in total assets including the positions Contrarian’s other funds co-invested along-side Mr. Mudrick’s fund. Mr. Mudrick left Contrarian in October 2008 to launch Mudrick Capital.

Mr. Mudrick has served on multiple creditors' committees and served on the Board of Directors of numerous public and private companies, including Safety-Kleen Holdings, Integrated Alarm Services Group, Salton, Rotech Healthcare, NJOY Holdings, Corporate Risk Holdings, Mudrick Capital Acquisition Corporation, Fieldwood Energy, Proenza Schouler and Dex Media, where he is currently the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Mudrick also spent two years in graduate school teaching economics classes to Harvard University undergraduates. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the University of Chicago and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Mudrick was admitted to the New York State Bar.

+ Thomas F. O’Toole - Director

Thomas F. O’Toole has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since May 2019. Mr. O’Toole is the Executive Director of the Program for Data Analytics at Kellogg and Clinical Professor of Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. He also serves as a Senior Advisor for McKinsey & Company Previously, Mr. O’Toole served as Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President and President, MileagePlus of United Airlines. At United, he was responsible for brand strategy, marketing, product development, ecommerce, digital channels, ancillary revenue, co-brand credit cards, customer data analytics, marketing systems, partnerships and other functions, including United's MileagePlus loyalty program. MileagePlus was, at the time, the largest travel loyalty program, and top-rated frequent flyer program, in the world.

Before United Airlines, Mr. O’Toole served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Information Officer for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Over 13 years, he was responsible for Hyatt's marketing, loyalty program, distribution, information technology and related functions worldwide. O’Toole currently is a director of Alliant Energy (LNT), Extended Stay America (STAY) and LSC Communications (LKSD). He is also a director of Brand USA, the nation’s public-private partnership to market travel to the USA.

Mr. O'Toole is active in civic, charitable, educational and philanthropic endeavors. He currently serves on the Boards of the CSU Foundation and the Big Shoulders Fund of Chicago.

Mr. O'Toole holds the degrees of Master of Applied Communication Theory and Methodology and Bachelor of Arts with concentration in communication research from the Cleveland State University. In 2013, he was named the Distinguished Alumnus of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.

+ Austin Camporin - Director

Austin Camporin has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since July 20, 2017. Mr. Camporin is an Associate Portfolio Manager at Elliott Management Corporation, a New York-based investment fund with $33 billion in assets under management. He joined Elliott in 2009, focusing primarily upon public equity and credit opportunities.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Camporin began his career at JPMorgan, first as a high-yield credit analyst and later moving to the distressed debt proprietary trading group.

Mr. Camporin is a CFA charterholder and is also co-president and founder of the Good Shepherd of Darien Foundation. He graduated summa cum laude from the College of William & Mary in 2004, with a B.B.A. degree in Finance.

+ Todd H. Siegel - Director

Todd H. Siegel was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of Affinion on September 20, 2012. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2008, having been promoted from Executive Vice President and General Counsel, a role he assumed in October 17, 2005. Mr. Siegel joined us in November 1999 as a member of the Membership Division of the Legal Department of Cendant and served as General Counsel of Trilegiant starting in July 2003 and Cendant Marketing Group starting in January 2004. Prior to joining Cendant, Mr. Siegel was employed as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom; and prior to that he was employed as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.
